Free contract generator

Withn the control center you will find a contract generator with a ready-made escrow contract for digital escrow.

This contract is made available by DENIC Services free of charge and is always kept up to date by the DENIC Services lawyers.

This escrow contract can then become an ancillary contract to your main contract with your business partner.

You only have to select the contracting parties who will become contractual partners and use multiple choice to select which reasons for disclosure you have agreed with your business partner,

When the contract is concluded, you, your business partner and DENIC Services will each be sent a draft contract by email as a PDF file.

As soon as you and your business partner have signed the contract, send it to DENIC Services.

The contract is then signed by DENIC Services and sent to all contracting parties.
